We make control investments in businesses primarily in Canada and the United States, and look for stable, cash flow-positive companies that have potential for long-term growth. AGP is sector-agnostic, but we lean toward opportunities in industrial products and B2B services.
While there are no hard or fast rules, we seek to partner with companies that have:
o Annual sales in excess of $10M
o >10% EBITDA margin
o History of profitability and cash flow
o Diverse and loyal customer base
o Fragmented and / or growing industry
We are keen to speak with owners who:
o Seek to retire or exit without an obvious successor in mind
o Look to reduce their day-to-day involvement in the business
o Want to ensure continuity and future success for the business
